General classes can be attended by all students including those who have completed the beginners course.

These classes consolidate foundational poses from the beginner level such as standing poses and shoulder-stand, and explore more upper-body poses with preparation for inversions. 

At this level, we teach more dynamic standing postures, forward bends, back bends and twists and work on preparation for head balance, as well as emphasise relaxation and basic breath work.
