"This ritual offers an opportunity to gather, express, and release grief in a supportive and sacred space. Together, without many spoken words, we honour the transformative power of mourning and reconnect with life’s deeper currents.

What to expect:
We will gather & ground as a group in circle. You will be softly guided inwards with connecting to your inner voice through vocal sounding and gentle embodiment practices. The ritual involves movement and song. We will integrate the experience with a healing sound journey and end with a sharing circle.
