Free for all past beginners students at Hamilton Yoga

Stay connected and centered during this intense and uncertain period. 
This 5 week course covers basic poses and concepts of yoga.  The perfect class for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting a to develop a steady foundation in yoga. The curriculum builds week by week so that you can progress. Iyengar Yoga enables access to yoga for all, regardless of state of health, age or fitness.
You will need a mat, blanket, belt, wall space, and a sturdy chair or stool. Some items are available for purchase from reception, but you can improvise with what you have at home.
