An introduction to yoga for the more mature folk, and those working with injuries or medical issues. 

We will follow the Beginner's course curriculum at a more gentle pace. The curriculum builds week by week so that you can progress. We hope to challenge & inspire you with an experience of this profound practice. You may be pleasantly surprised at what you find yourself capable of!

Iyengar Yoga enables access to yoga for all, regardless of state of health, age or fitness.

This program runs as a 6 week course.

IN-STUDIO BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

  • Purchase a 6-week pass, or 
  • sign up for a 3-month membership for 50% off your first month's payment. (can repeat Beginners or move to level 1 on this membership)
    Attend once a week in person at the studio, + Live Virtual Intro sessions on Zoom, each week*.
This is the perfect class for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting a to develop a steady foundation in yoga.
