IN-STUDIO BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE
Attend once a week at the studio, and UNLIMITED virtual Intro sessions each week*.
This course covers basic poses and concepts of yoga. What exactly is Yoga? The perfect class for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting a to develop a steady foundation in yoga. The curriculum builds week by week so that you can progress.
Iyengar Yoga enables access to yoga for all, regardless of state of health, age or fitness.
*Access to virtual Intro classes will be provided once we have seen you in class at the studio and assessed the suitability for you of virtual classes.
