IN-STUDIO BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

    Attend once a week in person at the studio, + Live Virtual Intro sessions on Zoom, each week*.
This is the perfect class for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting a to develop a steady foundation in yoga. The curriculum builds week by week so that you can progress. We hope to challenge & inspire you with an experience of this profound practice.

Iyengar Yoga enables access to yoga for all, regardless of state of health, age or fitness.

*Access to virtual Intro classes will be provided once we have seen you in class at the studio and assessed the suitability for you of virtual classes.
