IN-STUDIO BEGINNERS 8-WEEK YOGA COURSE
Attend once a week at the studio, and 1 bonus Zoom Beginners class each week*.

 The perfect class for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting to develop healthy foundations in an authentic yoga method. The curriculum builds week by week so that you can progress.

Iyengar Yoga enables access to yoga for all, regardless of state of health, age or fitness.

Keen students may commence at any time - Please contact reception for Pro-rated payment.

*Access to virtual classes will be provided once we have seen you in class at the studio
