The syllabus is shaped for new yoga students and those wanting to return to yoga after a break. A mixture of more active energising asanas and restorative poses bring balance to body, breath and mind. After completing this course sign up for level 1 classes, or consolidate your skills and understanding by joining a 10-week beginners course.
