Enjoy a more gradual introduction to yoga. This is suitable for more mature folk, and those working with injuries or medical issues.
We will follow the Beginner's course curriculum at a more gentle pace. You may be pleasantly surprised at what you find yourself capable of!
This program runs as a 10-week course, however you can join in at any time.
There are two options for attendance.
1. Purchase a Beginner's course pass - You will be directed to select a course and once you have paid will be automatically booked in.
2. or purchase a casual class - then email reception and we will book you in to the class date of your choice.
