This beginners class is suitable for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting to develop an understanding of the Iyengar yoga method.
Iyengar Yoga can be practiced regardless of your state of health, age, gender or fitness.
During the term beginners classes are taught progressively week by week as part of our 10-week Beginners Course.
Classes can still be attended without having to purchase the whole course.
Students can start at any time during term - Please contact reception for Pro-rated payment of the Beginners Course.
We encourage you to find a regular beginners class time each week, but more importantly to attend at least once a week.
By purchasing the 10-week Beginners Course we offer you complementary attendance to any other beginners classes that week depending on availability. Booking is required.
