Our beginner classes are suitable for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting to develop an understanding of the Iyengar yoga method.
Iyengar Yoga can be practiced regardless of your state of health, age, gender or fitness.
During the term, beginners classes are taught progressively week by week as part of our Beginners Course.
Classes can still be attended without having to purchase the whole course.
Students may start at any time during the term with a Delayed Entry Pass.
We encourage you to find a regular beginner-class time each week, but more importantly, to attend at least once a week.
Attendance to any other beginner classes during the week is complimentary for new student passes with a valid pass and an option for returning students, but depends on availability. Booking is required.

Thursday 12:00 pm (gentle)
