This beginners class is suitable for absolute beginners, those returning to yoga after a break and those wanting to develop an understanding of the Iyengar yoga method.
Iyengar Yoga can be practised regardless of your state of health, age, gender or fitness.
During the term, beginners classes are taught progressively week-by-week as part of our Beginners Course.
Classes can still be attended casually without having to purchase the whole course.
Students can start at any time during term. Please contact us for a Delayed Entry pass option.
We encourage you to find a regular beginners class time each week, but more importantly, to attend at least once a week.
Booking is essential.
