Hamilton Yoga will conduct a Spring Intensive during the first week of the Term Break.
The intensive will suit all level 1 and Level 2 Iyengar Yoga students with 3 complementary evening classes included. (Mon 5:30pm, Tue 5:30pm L1 & Thurs 6pm)
