For eager students who have completed a minimum of one year at Level 1.
Equipped with knowledge from previous levels, practitioners will approach a broad range of physical and mental skills that are applied and studied at this level. 

Emphasis on different categories of Asanas at different times allows greater depth of experience and understanding. Head balance is consolidated, arm balances, more complex standing poses, back bends, forward bends and twists. Pranayama and restorative sequences are also explored more at this level.
